No crops are grow from January to April; springcrops are in the sowing stage. During the reporting period, rainfall and PARaccumulation was slightly above the past thirteen-year average (by 2% and 1%,respectively) but the average temperature decrease was low in comparison withthe thirteen-year average (-1°C). The NDVI development curve shows that therewas almost no vegetation cover from January to March. However, lowertemperature and more rainfall and PAR accumulation may have some influence onthe ongoing and future spring crops by improving soil moisture availability.
