1. Predictionof domestic prices for soybean: Historical domestic prices of soybean fromDecember 2006 to December 2016 were analyzed based on the theory of price spiral model (PSM) (Fang, 2011)  and the historic ratio of world soybean consumption to the global soybean production(consumption ratio). According to the data for the last six months, the soybean international consumption ratio is at equilibrium. Domestic soybean prices are also at equilibrium but fluctuating around the trend line. Thus domestic pricesfor soybean will fluctuate more.

The effect of change tracking hasbeen proved: Early warning decided in September 2016:’It has come to the top of consumption tension. Above all, with the change of relationship between supplyand demand, recent downward price trend of paddy rice in China will slow down.At present, the price has returned above trend line, if it can keep for fivemonths, we can assume price is on an upward trend.
