As of the end of this month, most of the summer corn in Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, southern Shaanxi and other regions is in the stage of emergence to three leaves, while the southwest region is in the stage of seven leaves to jointing, and some are in the stage of silking. One season rice in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River is in the stage of transplanting to turning green and tillering, while the southwest region is in the stage of tillering and jointing, and some are in the stage of booting and heading.
According to agricultural indicators, there was a significant precipitation process in the southern region in the middle of this month, which effectively increased soil moisture in dryland farmland, which is beneficial for the growth of crops such as corn and soybeans, as well as early rice and one season rice. Most of the areas in the west of the Yellow River and Huaihe River, northwest China and North China have more rainfall and suitable moisture content, which is generally conducive to the sowing, emergence and seedling growth of autumn crops.
Remote sensing crop condition monitoring shows that in the north, except for a small areas in northern Henan, Hebei, and western Heilongjiang, crop condition is slightly worse than in previous years, while in most other areas, crop condition is basically the same as in previous years; The condition of crops in most parts of Guangxi and western Yunnan is significantly better than the average level, while the condition of crops in the rest of the southern regions remains the same as in previous years. Overall, the condition of crops in China is currently normal.
